Airbnb, Seaside Vacations, Sun Realty, and Twiddy are all great resources for finding beach houses to fit groups of any size. For easy access to the beach, we recommend staying in Nags Head or Kill Devil Hills. For closer proximity to the wedding venue and bay views, we recommend staying in Manteo.
