Everything You Need to Know About Booking
For all items related to your stay at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, please contact: Julie Stone at julie@sunspirittravel.com or click the link for all the information. We are requesting all guests stay on property and book through Sun Spirit Travel as there are significant extra costs for both you and us if you don't stay on property. Guests who insist on staying off property will be charged $182 person by the resort for a pass to attend the wedding. You will only be allowed on site one hour prior to the ceremony and will need to leave immediately following the reception. We are also charged an additional fee for the reception per person that attends and does not stay on property or book through Sun Spirit Travel.
Flight
Cancun International Airport - CUN
Sun Spirit Travel does not book flights so you have the schedule and airline of your choosing. Also, in a post Covid world, airlines have become much more flexible in their rescheduling policies and typically don't have change fees if you book directly with them. The airport to fly into is Cancun International Airport (code: CUN). PRO TIP #1: Want your flights to be (almost) free? Use this time to get yourself an airline-branded credit card!
