We recommend all guests planning to attend the ceremony to arrive by 5:15. The doors will close & the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30. For our early birds, the doors will open at 4:30 for welcome drinks. For those guests only attending the reception, you can arrive as early as 6:00 for cocktail hour and for hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be plated and served at 7:00.
You can RSVP online by going to the RSVP page and following the prompts. Please RSVP to all the events you have been invited to. Please answer the questions & fill in any guest information, including name, if not already shown. Please RSVP by August 20, 2021.
We have a strict guest list in order to stay on budget. Therefore, our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those on your invitation.
Our goal is to have a totally unplugged ceremony. We have hired two wonderful photographers to capture our special moments so you can sit back and witness the event. However, we would love for you to take photos during cocktail hour and reception. We encourage you to use our hashtag (#ItsOfficialMrandMrsNicol) when posting on social media.
The hotels listed on our travel page do have a shuttle service to and from the hotel. Hotels not listed on our page may not have a shuttle service to the vineyard.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If it is your wish to bless us with a wedding gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our wishing well or by selecting one of the items on our Amazon or Target registry. All items can also be found by clicking the registry tab on this site.
We will have a grand exit send off at 10:45. While we hope you can stay, those wishing to leave earlier may do so.
Yes. Parking is right in front of the Villa Grande. There will be ample parking for all guests.
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outside on the veranda. Since temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, a light jacket or sweater my be needed for games and activities on the veranda during the reception.
