Question

Are we allowed to bring children

Answer

If your rsvp states you and your children are listed then yes. If it does not have your children’s name then please reach out to the bride or groom and ask prior to bring your children. PLEASE NOTE Our venue has a super strict unsupervised children policy. If your child causes any damage of any type to the property we are the ones who have to pay for it which means we will be coming to you as the parent to cover the cost of the damage that your child inflicted. So knowing that please be sure to always have an eye on your child or pay the cost.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Great question! As the bride is gluten-free there will be plenty of gluten free option’s available! Aside from that our caterer always has a backup option available if needed so please reach out and let us know if special accommodations are needed!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation available 1 hr before the start of the ceremony and then after dinner it will be available until the end of the night, if you are interested in transport to the venue from the hotel please make a note of it on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a date/plus 1?

Answer

Please note on your invitation if you are given a plus 1. As we have a large amount of guests invited and we are only allowing guests to bring whoever is invited via your invitation. Thank you for respecting our head count

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is limited parking available at the venue for our guests
