How We Met

A simple hello… a forever kind of love.

Stacy always said she wasn’t looking for anything serious while she was focused, driven, and building her world piece by piece. Between her children, career, uplifting others, building a business, and pouring into her purpose, love simply wasn’t on her agenda. Leroy, on the other hand, believed in timing. Not rushing it, taking his time, and not forcing it, just trusting that the right connection would come when it was meant to. Their paths crossed in the most natural way, no grand setup, no dramatic entrance. Just a conversation. The kind that starts simple but somehow lingers longer than expected. What began as small talk quickly turned into something deeper. While dropping off his nieces at Stacy's practice, Leroy had one of them tell her, "My Uncle Leroy said, ' Come here" and everything went up from there. They laughed easily, talked effortlessly, and most importantly, they saw each other. Leroy noticed Stacy’s strength, the way she carried responsibility with grace, how she uplifted everyone around her. Stacy noticed Leroy’s calm presence, how he listened, how he showed up, how he made things feel steady without even trying. Both of them balance each other out. What neither of them expected was how quickly something genuine would grow. It wasn’t about perfection. It was about alignment. Late conversations turned into shared dreams. Simple moments turned into meaningful memories. A couple of life events made them closer. And somewhere between the laughter and the life they were both building, they realized this wasn’t by accident, it was purpose. Stacy found someone who didn’t just admire her strength but supported her vision. Leroy found someone who matched his energy and elevated his purpose. And just like that, what started as a simple connection became a partnership, one rooted in God, family, respect, trust, growth, and love. A love story not rushed, not forced… just perfectly timed.
