Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will need your response by August 1st. After August 1st we will not be able to add you to the wedding guest list.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask all guest to be seated by 5pm for the wedding ceremony. If you are late you will be asked to stand quietly in the back to not disturb the wedding ceremony. The ceremony will start at 5:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Beachy Semi Formal Attire: Stylish but comfortable for the sand and breeze. Sundresses, linen shirts, light suites and dressy sandals are perfect. Think soft pastel colors. Please do not wear white dresses or suites this is reserved for the bride and groom! The ceremony will take place on the sand so beach friendly shoes however the reception is inside so you may want to change into your dancing shoes after the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

To allow all guest a relaxing evening we're planning an adult only celebration on Saturday 10/10/26. Thank you for understanding and making this a night out. The Beach party on 10/11/26 is an all are welcome party including kids as well as other friends and family members who wish to attend, the more the marrier.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend everyone stay at the Margaritaville Beach resort for an event filled wedding celebration weekend of fun with no travel or logistical worries.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is free for resort guest for anyone not staying at the resort there is a $15 dollar a day parking fee at Margaritaville Beach Resort.

Transportation once at Margaritaville Beach Resort

Answer

Once at the hotel or anywhere on South Padre Island you can catch the Island Metro free shuttle. It runs every 15min from 7am-9pm daily. There are stops along the entire island but you can also just wave down the bus along its route or call 956-761-8178. Of course for those who want to pay there is Uber and taxis. There are also places located on the island that rent golf carts that are allowed to be used for transportation purposes throughout South Padre Island.
