Welcome! We’re getting married!

We met when we were 19 as coworkers at Legoland California. We were working as ride operators. I was learning a new ride and giving coworkers their lunch breaks. One day in the summer of 2019, I was assigned to come and relieve Joshua from his lunch break. Joshua was very shy and didn’t talk much to other people. Every time we saw each other, we kept on waving and smiling. We chatted. One day my former coworker asked me “Is there anybody you like/have a crush on?”. I told her “There’s this one guy that’s cute, but I don’t know his name”. My coworker told me “His name is Josh, but he’s going back to college soon”. Stacy knew she had to act quickly or they may never cross paths again. One day I came to give Joshua a break and I complimented his haircut. I said, “Can I ask you a weird question?”. He said “Sure.” and I asked him for his number. We texted and set up a movie “date”. While watching the movie, Stacy tried to drop all the hints that she liked Joshua, but it wasn’t working haha. That night, we confessed our feelings toward each other and the rest is history. 😊
