We met at work at The Nashville Bar Alliance! Oz crafted ice, while Stacy made cocktails. You could say that once you put the two together, we made one lovely drink.

Stacy never experienced Disney World so Oz decided that he would take her there for her first time. Not only did he show her the ropes, but he popped the question during the fireworks in Epcot. Talk about magical!

We bought a house in East Nashville- right after a terrible tornado, during a pandemic, and before getting married. We wanted to be able to come HOME after the wedding as opposed to hitching a ride back with our roommates.

Our original date was set for 8-22-2020. Things change- especially during a global pandemic! Then we moved the date to 2-20-21 because that date is what the venue had available. That didn't feel right, and how long will this pandemic last? Then one night while sitting on our back patio, we talked about taking the reins and doing it on a date that worked for us. 10-24-2020. Stacy's parents already had a beach rental. This rental was already so close to Oz's family. It only made sense.

With the idea of having our micro wedding in a destination location, we decided to keep going with our tour. Anna Maria Island is so close to Disney World. May as well go on a honeymoon there. Disney World is so close to West Palm Beach. May as well have a little get together with friends there. Head on home to Nashville. May as well have another little get together with friends there and on Halloween none the less!
