We want everyone to relax, have fun, and not worry about driving because what’s a celebration without a little champagne and a lot of dancing? So, we'll have a shuttle running between the Hampton Inn Verona at Turning Stone and Wolf Oak Acres to get you to the party and safely back to the hotel afterward. Please note: There will not be a shuttle from the Oneida Community Mansion House, as it looks like no rooms were booked under our block there. Below is the shuttle schedule: Shuttle will arrive 10 minutes prior to departure time To the Venue (Wolf Oak Acres): Departs: 4:30 PM → Arrives at venue: ~4:50 PM Departs: 5:30 PM → Arrives at venue: ~5:50 PM Departs: 6:30 PM → Arrives at venue: ~6:50 PM Back to the Hotel (Hampton Inn Verona): Departs: 7:00 PM → Arrives at hotel: ~7:20 PM Departs: 8:00 PM → Arrives at hotel: ~8:20 PM Departs: 9:00 PM → Arrives at hotel: ~9:20 PM Departs (final): 10:00 PM → Arrives at hotel: ~10:20 PM
Travel Note
If you are flying in, the closest airport is Syracuse Hancock International Airport. It is roughly a 35-45 minute drive from this airport to Oneida, NY. There is also an airport in Albany, Albany International Airport. It is about a 2 hour drive from Albany to Oneida.
