Can I bring a plus one?

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with our closest loved ones! Due to budget and venue constraints, we’re keeping our guest list very limited and are only able to accommodate those named on the invitation. We hope you understand—it truly means the world to us to have you there, and we can’t wait to share this meaningful day together!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’re keeping the celebration mostly adults-only. The only children attending will be our nephews and niece. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Where are accommodations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at a hotel conveniently located near our wedding venue. This will be the central gathering point for our wedding weekend, and we warmly invite you to join us and stay for the entire celebration!

When should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:45 PM to grab a drink, find your seat, and get settled in before the celebration begins!

Can I attend the rehearsal dinner?

The rehearsal dinner is invite-only. Guests who are invited will receive details directly.

Is there a welcome event?

Answer

We’d love to spend some extra time with our friends and out-of-town guests the night before the big day! Join us at the hotel bar to say hello and enjoy a drink together. Feel free to drop in and out anytime after the indicated start!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

God willing our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors (with options to hang out on the patio as well)! Please manifest a beautiful, sunny, September day :)

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

At the conclusion of our ceremony, guests will be invited to the back patio to enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and light bites. We hope to join you there as well!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The most important question and the answer is yes! Please make sure to bring your ID's as you all look youthful!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP! Our venue is extremely accommodating and we have arranged options for our dairy free and vegan/vegetarian friends!

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for shuttles to and from the hotel and venue! Please note when booking that the shuttle will only run between DoubleTree and the venue.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes! Danversport has a very large parking lot to accommodate anyone who might wish to drive.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we truly mean that. However, if you wish to celebrate with a gift, we’ve put together a small registry through Zola. Thank you for your love and support!
