The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston

So many galleries and fun exhibits here, including the tunnels into the museum.

Houston Museum of Natural Science

The Cockrell Butterfly exhibit is a must-see, and the Cullen Hall of Gems and Minerals is included in the museum ticket price.

Houston Zoo

Otters anyone? Really amazing viewing areas for lions and the Galapagos exhibits!

Hermann Park

One of the oldest parks in the city. Has fun paddle boats and a mini train that connects the Museum of Natural Science and the Houston Zoo (and free parking!).

Color Factory Houston

Super cute space filled with art exhibits and photo ops!

Memorial Park

Huge green-space dedicated to native plants with walking, hiking & bike trails. Stop by Beck's Prime to grab a malt while looking out to the golf course.

The Galleria

Huge indoor mall with ice skating and tons of shops. We recommend parking in the orange garage.

Daikin Park

Montrose

Montrose is the place to go to find curated vintage shops with great prices. Stop by Agora for a quick coffee break or have lunch at Empire Cafe.

19th Street

Nice antiques, the Museum of Toys, and Boomtown coffee are our frequent stops on historic 19th Street.

POST Houston

Tons of good food here and an amazing view of downtown Houston. Definitely get the Motherland at ChopnBlok or stop by Yoyo's Hotdogs. There's a music venue attached too!

a'Bouzy

Everything here is amazing, but get the deviled eggs!!

Get the Parilla Mixta if you can't choose or get the Suizas (Stacey's favorite)!

Hugo's

Get the Coliflor for an appetizer, and finish off dinner with a few churros & hot cocoa.

Truth BBQ

There's always a line but it's SO good!

One of our favorite restaurants in Houston, we recommend the lamb gnocchi, smoked pork belly mac & cheese, and the bread pudding.

Magnol French Baking

Croissants and chocolate chip cookies are incredible here

Niko Niko's

Casual Greek restaurant, our recommendations are the Avgolemono soup and the lemon potatoes.
