Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 27th here on the Zola website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive at Trinity Church around 2 o'clock for the 2:30 ceremony. The church is air-conditioned, so it should be comfortable.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Trinity Church has a relatively small parking lot. However, there will also be plenty of parking next door at Princeton Theological Seminary, which lets the church use their parking on weekends. The seminary's parking lot is accessible off Library Place.

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Mercer Oaks Golf Course has a spacious parking lot that is all open to our guests. We will also be providing a shuttle bus that will go to and from the Hyatt Regency and the Nassau Inn (in the Princeton downtown). See below for more details on the shuttle bus. Guests will be allowed to leave their cars at the Mercer Oaks parking lot overnight if needed.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are recommending that guests stay at the hotels listed on our "Travel" page. We will have a shuttle bus taking people to and from the reception that will be stopping at the Hyatt Regency and Nassau Inn. (Please note that the Nassau Inn is now completely booked, but there are many rooms available still at Hyatt Regency.) There are also a number of other hotel options in the Princeton area, especially along Route 1, so you will almost certainly find the type of hotel you prefer.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle bus that will take guests to and from the reception. The shuttle bus will stop at the Nassau Inn at 5 p.m. and the Hyatt Regency around 5:15 p.m. to take guests to Mercer Oaks. At the end of the night, the bus will pick up guests at 10:30 p.m. at Mercer Oaks and make stops at the Hyatt Regency and Nassau Inn.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This wedding is a formal event. Men can wear suits or even tuxedos. Women can wear gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, or whatever makes sense to you as formal. Regardless of your gender, feel free to wear whatever feels classy to you. Early October weather should be quite comfortable in New Jersey and both our venues are air-conditioned, so there should be many options for formal attire.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are asking that adults only attend this wedding. We love your children, but we are not able to accommodate them at this wedding. We thank all parents for your understanding.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We addressed our invitations to the guests that we could afford within our budget and the space available in the venue. Unfortunately, we can only offer spots to invited guests at this time.

Question

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be inside a church that is air conditioned. The cocktail hour will be outside on a covered patio. The reception itself will be inside, but guests will be able to go out to the patio throughout the reception. October nights can be a bit brisk, so you might want to have a light jacket.
