Best Man
Seth and I met when he was touring schools in Boulder after moving from New Orleans due to Hurricane Katrina. Luckily, he chose to join my school and we quickly became close friends. In 7th grade, we became neighbors and, since then, he has been one of my best friends and closest confidant. We have studied, worked, partied, and grown together for the last 20 years. I cannot ask for a better person to be by my side as I marry the woman I love.
Maid of Honor
I met Becca in the fall of freshman year of college at a fraternity party where we bonded in the bathroom. We soon became best friends and she joined Chi Omega, introduced me to peanut butter and chocolate sandwiches, and partook in the Sunday night dinner ritual at my mom's, to name a few. Becca has been my best friend through thick and thin, so it is an honor to have her as my Maid of Honor.
Groomsman
The day after the spring semester of classes in the summer of 2015, I was sitting on the couch watching TV when I heard a knock on the door. It was Connor and he informed me he would be one of my roommates for the summer and he had a car full of his belongings. Throughout the summer, we got to know each other and bonded through our passion for sports. Connor truly takes care of his loved ones and I felt that the first time on my 21st birthday when he took it upon himself to take me on a bar crawl I will never forget. Since college, Connor and I have played hockey together almost weekly and will golf whenever Natalie and Andriana, Connor’s wife, give us the go-ahead.
Bridesmaid
I met Natalie my first year of law school, but I didn't truly get to know her until the following year when we were in the criminal defense clinic together. I quickly realized how I regretted not being her friend earlier. I also learned we shared a lot of the same values in common (other than our first names and last name initials, which won't be changing). She is one of the strongest women I know and I don't know what I would do without her.
Groomswoman
Cree joined my life on day 1,280 and has been one of the only constants in my journey since then. She has been the most amazing sibling I could have asked for since day one. As we grew up, we have always pushed each other through our shared competitiveness, but, at the end of the day, she has been an amazing support system for me and always has been there when I need someone to talk to.
Bridesmaid
In the fall of 2018, I met Kelsey during orientation week of law school, when I was scared to death by the thought of being cold called and failing classes. She and I soon became close friends when I realized how kind and considerate of others Kelsey was inside and outside of the classroom. Kelsey has had a tumultuous time recently but I admire the way she has handled everything with grace and cherish her being part of my big day.
Groomsman
Jeremy and I have been close since we met in middle school. We both enjoyed sports and bonded over tossing the baseball on our lunch breaks. Jeremy and I are almost always on the same wavelength and he is one of the people I go to when I am stuck and need outside advice. We continue to build on our friendship by playing golf and bouncing ideas off each other. He is an amazing human who is always down for an adventure.
Bridesmaid
Alex and I met in 2009, when I started seventh grade at St. Mary's and knew no one. She was so welcoming and is one of the kindest people I know. I am thankful for growing close to Alex when she came back to Colorado for her masters in supply chain management. I am so excited to be in her wedding and consider it a privilege to have her in mine!
Groomsman
Adam and I first met in high school but we truly got to know each one another during college at the University of Colorado at Boulder. We were roommates all four years and grinded through our college experience together, although he certainly grinded more than I did to become an engineer. We now spend most of our time together on the slopes or the golf course. He is truly one of the smartest people I know and has a passion for finding the next adventure.
Bridesmaid
I was in the same subsection as Mishal during our first year of law school. I appreciated her maturity and looked up to her as a peer. I also admired her ability to let her hair down on the weekend and capacity to play a mean game of pool at Stadium Inn. Mishal inspires me to be the best version of myself, both personally and professionally. I am so grateful to have her in my wedding, just as I was in hers!
Groomsman
Forrest and I met in my senior year of college. Our friendship has been built on and off the golf course. Over the years Forrest has grown to be a person I bounce ideas off of, go to sporting events with, and have thought-provoking conversations into the early morning. Even though we have only known each other for 5 years, he has quickly become one of my best friends.
Bridesmaid
Anica and I first officially met during the fall of our first year of law school at Crimson & Gold, the bar of choice for undergraduates with fake IDs after 10 p.m. and the bar of convenience for law school students prior to 8 p.m. We bonded over our use of Hinge and I was privileged enough to be rescued by her on a terrible date while she was on her first date with her now-husband. I was flattered to be a bridesmaid in her wedding and couldn't imagine not having her in mine!
