Dress farmy chic! If you can rock a heal in grass, gravel and wood chips go for it- otherwise you might want to wear flats. It usually gets HOT in August, so sunscreen and light clothing is our recommendation.
We will have dining tables and picnic blankets set up on the back lawn- the vibe will be delicious and chill- if you want to bring your own picnic blanket or camping chairs, feel free also.
We got them and we love yours. We will have lots of places that are safe and fun for kiddos (including games), but please be mindful it is a working farm and some areas (like the metal garden beds) are not safe. We will help them identify where safe, fun spots are but please help us keep them and the farm safe.
We prefer guests to ride share or carpool with other guests. There is not much parking in front of the farm, especially for a big fat Greek wedding like this one! If you do drive, you can park directly in front of Side Yard Farm off Ne Simpson St, but once parking is full, please park on Ne Killingsworth & 48th and walk 1 block north on 48th until you reach the Side Yard Farm nature path (there is a sign). Please do not park on Ne 48th (too small/no sidewalks).
