Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP, or can I do it online?

The RSVP deadline will be June 7th, 2021. The website keeps track of those who have RSVP'd and those who have not. If you think there has been a mistake, you can always make sure with either Hunter or Stacey.

Question

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

The plan is to borrow centerpiece items from multiple people and businesses that will need to be returned, so unfortunately we will not be able to send these home with you.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would like to have an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that pictures not be taken during that portion of the event especially. During the reception it is not as big of a deal, we just ask that everyone be respectful of others. For example, if a speech is being given or anything along those lines, that is not a good time. We will also have a great Photographer there to capture all of the amazing and memorable moments throughout the night.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, in respects that there will not be any stairs. However, it will be outdoors, so grass and gravel could prove difficult.

Question

Will food and refreshments be served at the reception?

Answer

Of course! Bijou Catering has a delicious menu set up for our wedding with a few family favorites incorporated as well. We will not be offering any adult beverages at this event, the bride and groom ask that you refrain from bringing any such thing along with you. Otherwise you will be asked to leave.

Question

Answer

If accommodations need to be set up in advance, please let Stacey or Hunter know and they will work with you to make your time in Alaska as simple as possible.

Answer

We are registered through Zola, the same as this website. We are also registered through Target, there is a link to both of these under the "Registry" tab at the top of the Website home page.
