Shuttles will depart from the Chase Park Plaza Hotel at 4:25 pm & 5:05 pm. Please plan to be in the lobby a few minutes early.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The requested attire is Black Tie Optional. This means you can wear a tux, evening gown, or formal suit - whatever makes you feel your best! The ceremony & reception will be outdoors with overhead coverage from the pavilion.
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 5:15 pm!

The World's Fair Pavilion has a parking lot that is located right outside the venue. This will be open to guests for the duration of the event. This lot is locked at the end of the evening (midnight) and does not allow for vehicles to remain there overnight. If you are wanting to leave your car overnight, you can park in any open spot throughout the park. We recommend ubering or utilizing the shuttle provided to/from the hotel.
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. However, we understand that this is a challenge for some and completely understand if this is a barrier to attendance.
Yes! We have a room block at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel. Guests can book at a discounted rate until 9/3/2025. This is where the shuttle will bring guests to / from the venue.
