We will conduct a short rehearsal of the ceremony for members of the wedding party.

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
A thank you dinner for all the folks in the wedding party. River's Edge Inn is located in Dixon Illinois, a fifteen minute drive from Franklin Creek State Park. Menu consists of traditional American offerings.

The grass may be soft, so maybe reconsider the stiletos!
We will be holding at outdoor ceremony with the backdrop of beautiful greenery and a small creek in Franklin Creek State Park. The ceremony is a short walk from the parking lot and while this is a wooded area, an umbrella or sun hat may be needed. We will be providing water, sunscreen, bug-spray and a light snack afterwords. Restrooms are on site. If there is rain, the ceremony will be held under the picnic shelter. Family and wedding party photos will take place after the ceremony.
3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Kennay Farms Distilling is located in the historic Hub Theatre in downtown Rochelle, Illinois which is Stacee's hometown. Cocktails will be served from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on the mezzanine level with views of the production floor. The marquee of the theatre has been transformed to a lovely balcony. From 5:00pm to 8:00pm we will take over the production room on the main floor of the theatre for dinner, drinks and dancing. We will have a casual taco bar offering something for carnivores and herbivores alike! We have forgone the traditional wedding cake in leu of pies (this is the midwest gosh darn it!!) If you are interested in donating a pie please contact Stacee directly via text as soon as possible.

Come celebrate with us for an overnight Chicago trip! Since some of us will be flying out of Chicago, we thought it would be fun to spend a day sightseeing with Stacee and Michael. We can rent bicycle from Bobby's Bike Hike ($30/day with online discount) and stop at some of Chicago's legendary and off the beaten path sites! We are staying at the Double Tree Hotel on Ohio Street in Streeterville
