How to we book our rooms?

Answer

To receive a quote please email teampk@uniqueromancetravel.com with Booking ID: #33778 in your email. The travel agents will send a detailed quote & payment details within 24 business hours.

What dates should I book?

Answer

We'll be holding a limited number of rooms from September 17 - 20, 2021. Feel free to come earlier/stay later outside of those dates if you wish! Contact the travel agents listed above to secure your room in our reservation block.

What's included in the cost?

Answer

The rates you'll receive are per person and include all meals, beverages including alcohol, taxes, gratuities, and are based on the number of adults in the same room, bed configuration and length of stay. (Rates are in US Dollars and DO NOT include airfare).

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Sure! The resort is kid friendly, and there are family suites available.

Question

Will there be kids everywhere?

Answer

This resort has a kid-friendly side and an adult-only side called the Hideaway! If you would like to stay on the adults-only side, be sure to mention that in your email to our travel agents Patty and Kristen at teampk@uniqueromancetravel.com for your reservation.

Do I have to pay the full amount when I book?

Answer

You can, but it's not required. A deposit is due at the time of booking contact Patty Jordan & Kristen Bullock at teampk@uniqueromancetravel.com for the exact amount that will be due.

Do I have to book my flight with the travel agency?

Answer

You have the option to book your flight into Cancun International Airport (CUN) with the travel agents at an additional cost, but feel free to purchase your flights separately.

When is the final payment due?

Answer

The 2nd deposit of one night's stay per person is due May 4, 2021 and full payment is due June 29, 2021. Your exact amount due will be provided with your reservation quote.

Can I buy trip insurance?

Answer

Yes, of course! Once you email the travel agents, they will provide you detailed information on purchasing insurance.

What if I need to cancel our trip?

Answer

CANCELLATION POLICY: Unless travel insurance has been previously purchased, the following additional hotel per person penalties will apply: May 5 – June 29, 2021: A penalty of 1-Night per person will apply. June 30 – July 30: A penalty of 2-Nights per person will apply. July 31 – August 15, 2021: A penalty of 3-Nights per person will apply. After August 15, 201: No Refunds - 100% of trip cost penalty will be charged
