FAQs

The Wedding Website of Samantha Robinson and Sean Thomas
If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to the Maid of Honor Jessica at (507) 951-6720 or the Matron of honor Tasha at (414) 610-1335.
Question

When and where should I RSVP?

Answer

We will send formal invites 6-8 weeks before our date. Those invites will include a RSVP card and return postage for anyone who may not be able to figure out how to RSVP on our website. We would prefer RSVP here on our website if possible, and you can RSVP whenever you are ready! Please do so at least 4 weeks prior to our date for catering counts and planning purposes.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to venue size we have limited seating. Please check your rsvp for kids invites and let us know if there are any issues. We would be willing to accommodate if necessary to hire a nanny service at the venue or whatever means may be needed so you can be there with us on our special day!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, please contact us for further inquiry.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

What is a dress code?? Come comfortable. Be you! We want to celebrate not dictate. Be our guest and feel your best! But don't forget, it's October in Wisconsin. Could be hot, could be cold, could rain, or it could snow! Make sure you check back the week of the wedding where we will post weather and forecast details as they become available.

Question

How will we know where to go once we get to the park?

Answer

Check the travel tab for directions to the parking lot or wait for your invite where a map will be included. From there, we will have signs directing you to the ceremony space, as well as ushers to assist any guests through the wooded area to their seats.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. We are more than willing to look into providing a live stream of the ceremony for any of our friends and family who are not able to attend.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Although the ceremony is in a wooded area, there are possible access points that are wheelchair friendly. We will have ushers available to assist any guests who may have accessibility needs. The reception is wheelchair accessible! Please add any details to your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We will have a variety of food options to accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please let us know on your RSVP if you require dietary restricts and what those may be.

Question

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

We will be giving all guests a gift/souvenir, so please only take those items with you. All items for decorations were hand made and we want to keep all of our hard work! Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Can you!? You must! When you do, please make sure you use our hashtag and or tag one of us in your posts so we can see all the special moments you capture! Please be aware that we will have a photographer and videographer as well, so please be cautious to avoid getting in their way.
