Which airport should I fly into? As this is a destination wedding for most of our family and guests, there are two airports: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Burbank (BUR). For our guest flying in internationally, we recommend LAX. For our guests stateside, BUR would be a great option to avoid LA traffic! However, please note that there are limited flights options from this airport. BUR to venue is approx. 28 minutes LAX to venue is approx. 1 hour

Will there be transportation to the venue? Yes! We will have a shuttle bus transport our guests to and from Hyatt Regency Westlake and Hampton Inn & Suites Porter Ranch for all events. Transportation will still be available for our guests who chose to stay elsewhere, but guests will need to transport themselves to and from Hyatt Regency or Hampton Inn & Suites Porter Ranch to catch the shuttle. Other forms of transportation such as ubers are easily accessible (but may be more challenging to obtain during the evening). Please see the 'Accommodation/Transportation' section for more detailed information.

Should I plan to rent a car if I am from out-of-town? No, unless you really want to! Transportation to and from all wedding activities will be provided for your convenience. The only travel you will need to arrange yourself is from the airport to your hotel.

Will there be valet? Yes! Hummingbird Nest Ranch service provides a valet services. There is no need to search for parking spaces on your own or pay for additional services. Additionally, guests using the shuttle services will be dropped off at designated spaces close to each event venue area for convenience.

Can I take pictures with my phone and/or camera? We would love for you to take photos through the wedding weekend and share them with us. However, please refrain from taking photos in the aisle during the Telugu wedding. It will be a strictly no-phone ceremony.

Are kids welcome? We love your little ones, we really do! Unfortunately, we can only accommodate children who are listed on your invitation. Please check your invitation for attendee names and information. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Can I bring a date? Unfortunately, due to limited space we are only able to accommodate the guests that were listed on your invitation. If you received a 'plus one' , their name will appear when you RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a request? Yes! We want to be as accommodating as we can to your dietary needs. Please specify any dietary restrictions/allergies in your RSVP no later than June 15th, 2025 so we can properly accommodate.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? We are so excited to celebrate with you at the breathtaking Hummingbird Nest Ranch! All of our wedding weekend events will be held outdoors, surrounded by beautiful views, golden hills, and California sunshine. While most events will take place in the evenings, when the weather is cooler and more comfortable, we will be providing shade and seating areas throughout the weekend to help keep everyone relaxed and refreshed.

What will the weather be like? We are expecting classic Southern California sunshine all wedding weekend long! Daytime temperatures will be high 80s, while evenings will be pleasantly cooler with mid-low 60s.
