Just Us Two

On February 13,2014 Squire and I were both working for Chrysler at the Chicago Auto Show. I was hired to converse with customers who came by the Chrysler display and Squire was the "Corporate Boss of the Day". So I was doing what I do best, which is talking and getting to know people, unfortunately for me I started talking to a man who was very persistent in trying to get my number. So like most women do in this situation I had to strategize in how I was going to turn him down. Well I knew the line, "Oh I'm sorry but I have a boyfriend." wouldn't work. So I had to pull out the big guns and said, "Oh I'm sorry but I have a boyfriend, matter of fact he's around here somewhere." As I pretend to look in the crowd in search of my imaginary boyfriend. Well needless to say that really didn't work because his response was, "Well I'm going to go look at some other cars and then I'll come back to see if you changed your mind." Well as the day went on I seen a chocolate man dressed in an all black suit with a powder pink tie going back and forth but always with his head stuck in his phone and looking real angry. Now as I'm standing at my post conversing with a group of customers I notice the angry phone guy walking over with his head still stuck in his phone. Then stopping and looked up and just started talking to us like he was here all alone. Which was a little weird in my head, but then I figured hey I'm here to talk so the more the merrier. Once the group left we introduce ourselves to one another, then I seen "persistent man" was coming back. So I turned to squire and said,"I need you to be my boyfriend for the next 10 minutes," and he replied, "ok!" and that 10 minutes turned into me marrying the best man I've ever met.
