Room block pricing

We are holding reduced rate group space at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian resort in St. Lucia. This is an all-inclusive adults only resort. The rooms we holding are run-of-house, meaning they could be anywhere in the resort. The dates we are holding under the group block are from November 18th to the 25th, 2025. There is a three-night minimum stay, with a maximum of seven nights. The per night rate is based on double occupancy with a bonus applied depending on the number of nights booked: 3 nights: $857.70 x 3 = $2,573.10 4 nights: $795.83 x 4 = $3,183.30 5 nights: $784.80 x 5 = $3,924.00 6 nights: $778.95 x 6 = $4,673.70 7 nights: $776.06 x 7 = $5,432.40 A $250 deposit would be due within 7 days of making the reservation, a second deposit of 50% of your total stay will be due by May 9, 2025, with the final balance due by September 12, 2025. There is a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee. In addition, penalties and amounts will apply if space is cancelled after the dates previously mentioned.
