We met at the MTV vs. CMT Pike Social. Andrew was in Pike and I was invited by one of my nursing school friends. While we were there, one of my friends wanted to talk to a guy who just so happened to be one of Andrew's friends. She came up to me and said "Hey can you come over there and talk to him and his friends with me?" Our friends didn't hit it off, but we sure did! After that, we met up at ULM's homecoming game, and we've been attached at the hip ever since!

After just over two years of dating, we were both living in Houston. His sister calls him one day and asks us if we wanted to take some pictures with a photographer friend of hers. We said sure, because since quarantine, we didn't have many pictures of us. We came home to Bossier, and its pouring down rain the day of the photoshoot. When we get there, I see a cute little gazebo set up with a picnic and flowers. The photographer and Andrew played it off well and told me the photos were going to be used as a Valentine's Day promo. After taking pictures for about 10 minutes, I turned around and Andrew was on one knee! I still can't believe he surprised me!
