If flying into JFK: Take the AirTran from terminal to Jamaica. Board Long Island Railroad (LIRR) train to Southold station. Train tickets may be purchased at the station or via the MTA Train Time app. *This trip may require one transfer at Ronkonkoma station* Travel Time - ~2.5hrs If flying into EWR: Take AirTran from terminal to Newark Liberty Airport Train Station. Board a New Jersey Transit OR Amtrack Train to New York Penn Station. Long Island Railroad (LIRR) train to Southold station.
