Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

If your wedding invitation has more than one seats reserved for you, then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you! :)

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a bus for the bridal party and immediate family from the hotel to the ceremony and back to the venue. Unfortunately, there will not be a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony for the guests. There is plenty of parking at the church. There also will not be transportation provided to the neighboring hotels after the reception.

Will the bride and groom be vaccinated?

Answer

Yes, both of us will be fully vaccinated. Feel free to approach us however you are comfortable.

How are you abiding by COVID-19 restrictions?

Answer

Our church & venue are both abiding by and closely monitoring the local regulations in regards to capacity limits and distancing. The Hyatt has graciously provided us with the larger ballroom to allow for more distancing.

Do we have to rebook our room if we booked in 2020?

Answer

Yes! The hotels erased the original bookings and need to be rebooked. Our families will be staying at the Hyatt from Thursday August 5th - Monday August 9th and we have rooms blocked for dates between that timeframe. Most of the discounted room blocks are for Saturday August 7th- Sunday August 8th.

Yes! Please refer to our "Travel" tab to receive information regarding booking at the hotels under our room block.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

We will definitely (hopefully) want to continue dancing all night. Feel free to BYOB to keep the party going since the hotel bar will be closed by the end of our reception.
