We kindly ask all guests to RSVP no later than Friday, June 20, 2025 to allow the bride and groom to make the necessary arrangements to provide the best experience for all our guests. Unfortunately RSVPs received after this date may not be included in our final guest count, and we don’t you to miss out on any part of the celebration. Please refer to the RSVP section of our website to RSVP.
The attire is garden party formal. **Please avoid wearing colors traditionally worn by the bride, including but not limited to white, ivory, cream, off white, and any light dress that photographs white**. The bridal party will be in shades of blue. Since the ceremony and reception are outdoors on grass, we recommend wearing shoes that are easy to walk in and won’t get stuck in the grass. We also please ask to avoid wearing denim. For ideas of what to wear, please reference the below link: https://pin.it/65hkkrmo6
The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm. We please ask guests to arrive early in order to avoid disturbing the ceremony processions and to get comfortable in their seats. There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony where guests are invited to refresh themselves and relax, mingle, and play some games. The reception will start at approximately 6:30 pm.
There is ample parking available at the venue, as well as parking attendants to help direct the flow of traffic. If you plan on enjoying alcoholic beverages that evening, we highly encourage you to ride share via Uber or Lyft, ride with a friend, or have a designated driver.
We understand this is a special day and you’d love to take photos or videos to commemorate the couple, but we kindly ask all guests to put their phones away during the ceremony and not take any photos or videos to allow the photographer to capture these precious moments.
Yes! Please see the “Travel” tab for information about hotels and lodging for the weekend.
While we love your children and feel blessed being a part of their lives, we kindly ask all children under the age of 15 to remain home for the evening. Please contact the bride and groom with any questions.
All invitations indicate the guests invited to the event. Please reach out to Julia or Kyle if you have any questions or concerns or believe we missed a spouse or partner on your invitation.
