What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 11:00 a.m. Shuttles will be starting at 10:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the Saturday night BBQ is casual - shorts and flip flops are fine. The wedding ceremony is being held in a chapel, so summer church attire would be most appropriate.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Saturday night BBQ. Everyone is invited, but it is not mandatory. Please see the "schedule" tab on this website for more details.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you will have to make your own travel arrangements to the Registration Building at Big Cedar Lodge. From there, shuttles will be available to take you to both the wedding ceremony and reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, there are blocks of rooms being held for the wedding guests, as well as VRBO suggestions. Please see the "travel" tab on this website for further information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available for the wedding and for the reception, which is being held a short distance away. Both events are at Big Cedar Lodge.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1 for both the wedding and the Saturday night BBQ. Please note: the BBQ is optional. You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab on this website.
