What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional: Full-length dresses, or dressy separates, for women. Tuxedos or dark suits with a bowtie or tie for men.

What is the Parking Situation at the Venue?

Answer

There are multiple onsite complimentary parking options. Parking is conveniently located at both the Estate House and Lodge. Please arrive on time, traffic into the venue will be held once the ceremony has started. We will also have shuttles to and from the wedding from Holiday Inn Helen and Fairfield Inn & Suites Helen.

Are there Room Blocks?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved room blocks at Hampton Inn Helen, Fairfield Inn & Suites Helen, and Hampton Inn Cornelia. Shuttles to and from the ceremony will only pick up and drop off from the Hampton Inn Helen and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Helen.

What Time Should Guests Arrive?

Answer

We suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. You are able to explore the grounds prior to being seated. If you are leaving from the Helen area in the fall, please allow extra time to navigate the Oktoberfest traffic.

What About Guests with Mobility Concerns?

Answer

For any guest in need of assistance, a venue manager will be available to help transport guests to and from their vehicle to the event site. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be needing assistance so that we are able to inform the venue manager.
