How do I book my room?

Answer

On the "Wedding Plan" page, we have a list that shows you what our group rate is at the resort. Once you figure out if you have 2 or 3 people in your room, contact Judy, the travel agent and she will get you booked with the room you choose. The rates shown are the rates total per person for 3 nights. Please call Judy at 954-455-0828. She has worked hard to get us the best possible rates and rooms MUST be booked through her.

What about COVID-19?

Answer

We completely understand if you don't feel comfortable enough to travel. As of now, After January 26, people must obtain a negative Covid test to enter back into the US. I understand the concern about this. However, our resort has stated that they will provide the FREE covid test to all guests at the hotel, so you will not be required to pay or travel elsewhere to take it. IF by some chance your test is positive, the resort will let you stay at the hotel for 14 days for FREE or until you take a negative test. Things are changing all the time, so I will keep this answer updated as we learn more or different information. It is completely up to you, but as of now we will be moving forward with our wedding.

Do I have to buy my flight through the travel agent?

Answer

No, you don't have to but you can if you want. When you call to book your room, feel free to ask about flight rates and you can choose to book through her or not.

How will I get from the airport to the hotel?

Transportation is included when you book your room through the travel agent

Question

When is the money due? What if I have to cancel?

Answer

You must put down a $50 deposit to secure your room by 02/18/2021, a second $50 deposit due by 04/08/2021 and the full amount must be paid by 05/17/2021. If by May you decide you can no longer attend, you will get a $50 refund. After May 18, if you decide you can't come, you won't be able to receive a refund.
