This small street is packed with great shops and restaurants. From the Roanoke Winery public tasting room, to the the Sweet Shop, to Love Lane Kitchen, and North Fork Donut Company, there is something for everyone. Feel free to venture off the main street to the bar the Broken Down Valise- just a warning: cash only and you watch out for goats.
Great hiking with beach views. Stick to the blazed trails or venture onto the cliffside trails marked on All Trails*. $10 parking fee, free with the Empire pass. *The path along the cliffs is beautiful but there are parts that are washed away and quite dangerous. This is not recommended for the casual hiker.

Take a trip along the North Fork and discover some great local wines. Make sure to visit some of our favorites: Lieb, Sannino Bella, Paumanok, and Harbes.
Riverhead has five breweries that are all walkable. Visit our friends at North Fork Brewing Co. and then wander over to Moustache, Long Ireland, Peconic County Brewing, and Tradewinds.
