FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not listed here, feel free to reach out to Adam or I via text or phone call and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by September 12th to give us plenty of time to make sure we have everything set up for the celebration!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All of the invitations are accustomed to the guests we are able to accommodate. If your invite says you are able to bring a plus 1, you are more than welcome to!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our venue, we will only be having the kids that are cordially invited to our wedding. We ask that you respect this decision, and plan accordingly if you wish to join us on this special day! If you are unable to because of your kids, we of course understand and will miss you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Dressy Casual Attire! For ladies, that could be anything neat and dressy but comfortable for the weather. We suggest wearing flats or heels suitable for grass. For the men, dress shirts or button ups and dress pants, as well as a sports coat in case the weather cools down later in the evening. The color code would be a suggested winter tone, which would mean darker colors like navy blue, maroon, emerald green, and/or brown or black!

Question

Is there a color scheme that guests should be aware of?

Answer

You are more than welcome to wear whatever colors you would like (as long as it isn't white!), but if you need inspiration, think winter colors: cool, darker hues such as navy, burgundy, dark green, etc.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony in order to get comfortable with the venue, parking, and to grab a drink before the ceremony begins!

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to refrain from any photography during our ceremony, as we want you to not only enjoy the beautiful and romantic moments, but allow our photographers to capture our ceremony without interruption. You are more than welcome to capture as many photos as you'd like after the ceremony has concluded and during our reception!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We unfortunately are keeping things pretty casual with the food (BBQ, yum!!), so if you have any dietary restrictions feel free to let us know & we will see what we can do to accommodate you! But if we are not able to do so, we will be sure to let you know!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry here on our website, but it will only contain items pertaining to our honeymoon! We have no need for any physical items, so if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, that is all we ask!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available on site next to the clubhouse, but it is slightly limited, so we ask if you are able to carpool or take an Uber/Lyft to the venue, that would be ideal!

Question

Will there be an open bar for cocktail hour and the reception?

Answer

There will be an open bar, but we will only have beer and wine as well as two signature cocktails so everyone can enjoy and remember the night in a pleasant light! We will have bartenders to attend to your drink needs, so feel free to bring a little extra cash to tip them for their time & effort in being there! After all, they will be friends of the pub & are therefore deserving of the tips!
