-Please do not wear Green this weekend. Green is what Hailey will be wearing instead of white! Which means white IS allowed for guests this weekend if you'd like! -Please review the Dress Code tab at the top. -Due to limited space, please no pets or plus ones.
Around this part of Arkansas they’re called “cabins,” but they’re honestly a little more like cozy tiny homes from the 90s. They have running water, bathrooms, showers, kitchens, electricity…all the important stuff. For our Maine family specifically: this is probably not the kind of camp you’re picturing. No roughing it required here. You’ll have all the necessities you need for the weekend. Just bring your toiletries and any comfort items you love (sound machine/fan people, we see you), and everything else should be ready to go when you arrive!
-A swimsuit! -Your best party clothes (that meet the dress code please!) -Comfortable shoes! Most of the property is gravel. -Toiletries. -A fan or sound machine if you would like one in your room. -Flash light. -Life jackets if you'd like! -A Yoga Mat if you will be participating in the Sunrise Yoga Flow on Saturday Morning
Yes to swimming - there are two pools on site and we will have noodles, rafts, etc. down by the docks on the lake! We will not have boats available for use, however there are many marinas near by that offer boat rentals if you'd like to rent your own! You're also welcome to bring your own if you'd like. We have many dock slips available and a ramp near by.
You don't! We've got that covered for you already. You just need to show up, pick up your keys, and you're good to go! Go to Boondocks Resort upon arrival to get your cabin assignment. These are cozy camp-style cabins. They have full electricity, bedding, showers, and kitchens. However these are not luxury accommodations - think nostalgic lake vibes.
Unfortunately we ask that the dogs stay home for this trip.
Friday: Check In 3pm or later, Settle In, Welcome dinner & drinks Saturday: Optional Sunrise Yoga Flow, Breakfast & Coffee followed by a day by the pool or out on the lake! Lunch will be on your own - there is a BBQ restaurant on site at the resort and a couple of restaurants nearby to choose from. Ceremony starts at 5:30pm followed by dinner & dancing. Sunday: Breakfast & Coffee, check out by 11am.
Please click on the dress code tab at the top of this page for more information! The dress code is what we are calling "Dressy Casual". Which means casual, but dressed with intention. We do have a color pallet we are asking our guests to dress within. Please no large logoed t-shirts or sweats. Please view the dress code page for more inspiration and to view the color pallet!
Parking will be provided on site but it is limited. We ask that you only bring one car if possible. If an additional car is needed that's okay but the second car will need to parked off site.
All food and drink will be provided apart from Saturday afternoon (lunch on your own). We will have beer, wine, water, soda, coffee, & cold brew to drink. If you would like anything else, please bring that. We will have dinner and a late night snack on Friday. Light breakfast/coffee, dinner, and late night snack on Saturday. Light breakfast and coffee on Sunday!
Cell Service strength varies here depending on your carrier. There is wifi available but it's not the strongest in all areas of the resort.
This is a relaxed, hangout-style weekend! Large emphasis on community, not a rigid schedule (apart from the ceremony and reception).
Your presence at our wedding is more than enough! However, if you would like to bring a gift, we do have a have a registry at the top of this page.
We have a limited number of cabins, therefore we are not allowing any plus ones. Everyone that was on your invite is who is included.
June 15th please!!
