FAQs

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, you will go to the RSVP page on this website once active. Please submit your RSVP by (TBD) so we can plan accordingly!

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your children are invited, they will be included on your invitation and RSVP to join in on the wedding festivities! We are also understanding, if you'd rather take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night out.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Due to our venue being downtown, the parking is limited near the venue. There are three parking ramps near the venue within walking distance, and all parking will be free downtown on the weekend. There is also a drop off zone in front of our venue perfect for people utilizing Uber or Lyft.

Question

Do you have a recommended hotel for guests?

Answer

Please see the travel tab on our website to book through our hotel block at Clubhouse for a discounted room rate! There are some hotels near the venue downtown that would also be great options within walking distance - The Jasper Hotel and the Radisson Blu. However, there is no hotel block available through them.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best festive cocktail attire. Please no jeans or denim and avoid shades of white. Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. See the dress code tab for inspiration (coming soon)!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony, so that guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want, and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!
