The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to give enough time to be shuttled and settled in.
Yes! Due to a “Family Fall Festival” at Bear Mountain, guests will be directed to park in the lot for the Overlook Lodge/Stone Cottages, 55 Hessian Dr, and be shuttled to the Inn for the ceremony. The shuttle will be available for guests when they are ready to leave to return to their vehicles. Those guests that booked rooms for the night will be able to check-in at the Inn.
We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
