How do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP's will be sent out with the invitations, you will be able to mail them back or RSVP via this website.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by May 31st at the latest. If you RSVP past this deadline, we cannot guarantee you a spot at the wedding.

Will Hotel Accommodations be Provided?

Answer

We will be blocking hotel rooms for those who request it with their RSVP. Once the block is set, more information will be sent to those guests about check in and check out times and location.

Is the venue child friendly?

Answer

Please keep in mind there is a large, open pond located on the venue property near the ceremony and reception site. If you are afraid your child might be a flight risk, it may be best they stay home with a babysitter.

What if I have specific dietary needs?

Answer

We will be offering a chicken and vegetarian entree option. In the case of any dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to the bride and groom.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While not required, we highly encourage guests to wear jewel tones. A reference color guide will be provided in the invitation. Please note, this will be a summer wedding so breathable fabrics like chiffon and cotton are encouraged. Ladies, the parking lot of the venue is made of loose gravel, and both the ceremony and reception take place on a grass lawn, so thin heels are discouraged. Wedges, block heels, and flats are more practical options.

What precautions are being taken for warm weather?

Answer

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, we are taking steps to provide guests with bug spray, misters, hand fans and cold beverages during the ceremony. A large pavilion will be set up over the reception area to provide more shade during dinner. We will also be covering the tab for wine and beer during the reception.

Do I need to bring anything from home?

Answer

Please note, if you plan on getting a drink from the bar, all guests must provide a valid ID or they will not be served. The bride and groom are covering the tab for beer and wine, and a cash bar will also be available for cocktails.
