Free Drinks! Oh, & We are getting married!

Blue and white balloons. Leaves crunching at everyone's footsteps. Loud cheers. Simultaneous games of beer pong. "We are Penn State!" shouts were heard across the university. The nostalgic feeling of college embraced everyone, a feeling of excitement in the air. As was typical Penn State fashion, the day started with a bar crawl among friends new and old. Erin was catching up with her girlfriends and laughing, getting them ready in their Penn State shirts, when Scott came over to chat. Erin was immediately smitten and when Scott's old friend said he needed to meet a girl, Erin knew she was up for the challenge. The rest of the day consisted of Erin and Scott talking and getting to know one another. At the end of a very long bar crawl, there were only a few people standing, the beer and weariness of the day having gotten to everyone else. Erin and Scott were among the few, beer and butterflies filling both of their stomachs. They both sensed that this was something special and a few days later, Erin summoned the courage to ask Scott out. After dates surrounded by friends, dates one on one, meeting each other's families and closest friends, they knew this was it. They were each other's Rae of Sunshine.
