Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, the reception will be indoors.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Please refer to the tab “Schedule”. We have a Welcome Event on Friday 01/15 at Saddlebrook Lobby Bar along with an After Party on 01/16 at Saddlebrook Pool Bar.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 3:30pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue will provide valet parking. The venue also includes ramps for wheelchairs, as well as golf carts for elderly or for anyone needing assistance.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation from the hotel to the ceremony. The drive is approximately 15 minutes.
