We are having an unplugged ceremony. Aka, we are asking that you please silence your phones and any other devices (although we aren't sure why you'd need your iPad) and leave them in your bag, purse, pocket, or car. You are more than welcome to pop your phone back out upon completion of the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer taking photos during the ceremony and the reception for high quality photos we will share later! We want those photos of our ceremony to be beautiful and unmarred so please do not have your phone or device out during the ceremony.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be more or less an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids under 13 at home so you can celebrate with us. We completely understand if you can't make it or can only attend the ceremony due to childcare needs!
Unfortunately we both have large family and friend groups and cannot have everyone here. Our space and food is limited to a set number of people so plus-ones are not allowed. We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
The doors will open at 3:30pm for the ceremony. The service itself will start promptly at 4pm at which time the doors will close. If you are not on time for the ceremony, you can still enter for the cocktail hour and reception after the ceremony is finished.
July 20th is the final date for RSVPs. No later than that please unless we have discussed it with you prior. You can RSVP by mail, to our wedding email ericandspirit@gmail.com, or directly to us on our phone numbers. Please let us know if you will be attending the wedding, dinner, and reception or if you will just be at the ceremony. Also, inform us what cuisine you'd prefer (salmon, chicken, vegetarian), let us know about any dietary restrictions, and if more than one person in your home was invited then how many of the invitees can attend. Also, if you cannot attend at all, please try to let us know that as well! We will try to have a zoom link and/or a Facebook live feed as well so you can attend virtually.
Yes! Semi-formal to formal is appreciated. Cocktail dresses, suits, ties, bowties, long dresses, dress shoes etc. Please no one wear all white and nothing extravagantly flashy! You are more than welcome to bring a change of clothes that is more comfortable to wear after the ceremony and dinner.
Yes! But you aren't required to adhere to it. Our theme is enchanted forest and our colors are grey and gold. You are welcome to use the theme and colors to create your outfit, but you're also more than welcome to wear a dress or suit of your choosing as well. Just remember - nothing all-white!
Yes! If you click on the "Travel" page at the top of this website, there is a list of hotels close to Mount Holly.
Yes! But please let us know as soon as humanly possible so we can let the wonderful kitchen staff know ahead of time to prepare a special plate for you with your name on it. This is, however, a restaurant kitchen so cross-contamination is not 100% preventable. If your allergies are severe, I don't mind at all if you bring yourself some appropriate snacks to care for yourself.
Yes, behind Traust there is a large parking lot available as well as street parking out front.
No, we aren't providing a shuttle service and I am presently unaware of any at the hotels themselves that would provide transport to Traust. Uber and Lyft are common in the area though, and the hotels are only a 10-15 minute drive from the brewery.
Yes, on the top of this page there is a tab called "Registry" that goes straight to the registry page and even tells you how many of each we need/have been purchased.
As of right now, we feel comfortable saying no, we will not require a mask. However, this is subject to change based on how the situation with COVID morphs over the next few months. There will be temperature checks at the door and we just ask that you be responsible and not attend if you aren't feeling well.
