Shuttle

We will be having a shuttle to and from the venue. The exact details are subject to change so please check back closer to the event, but tentatively we will have one shuttle pick up at 3:35 pm and a second one at 4:45 pm. The 3:35 shuttle will be for the family and friends that the bride and groom have requested to be present at the venue ahead of the ceremony time. If you are part of this group and plan to take the shuttle, please plan to be on the 3:35 pm shuttle. If you were not asked to be there early, you can take the later shuttle. Shuttles back to the hotels will start around 10 pm with the last one at midnight. UPDATED SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: DoubleTree Pickups: - 3:35 pm for those requested for early arrival (in your RSVP tab) - 4:45 pm for ceremony Fairfield Inn Pickup: - 4:30 pm for ceremony Return shuttles will depart from Twin Ponds at 10 pm, 11pm, and 12 am and go to both the DoubleTree and Fairfield Inn for drop offs.

Send-off Snacks

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

We will be gathering back at Portofino's on Saturday morning after hotel check out to have another opportunity to spend time with our family and friends. There will be coffee, tea, and light snacks.
