Please RSVP no later than September 27th.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 pm to park and to take your seat. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Formal attire is requested, so think suits for men and tea-length, ankle length, or floor length dresses for women. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so consider bringing a shawl or jacket in case it is chilly. The reception will be in a heated tent.

Is there parking at your venue?

Answer

There is plenty of on-site parking at Historic Shady Lane! There will be venue staff to assist with parking. If you book a room at the Hampton Inn York, transportation will be provided.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have opted to have an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments that we will share with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! We are having a buffet-style dinner but want to make sure everyone can enjoy their meal. You can indicate your dietary restriction when RSVPing. You can also reach out to the bride or groom with allergy or dietary concerns/questions so we can let our caterer know.
