FAQs

The Wedding Website of Alyssa Fazzini and David Spinnenweber
If you have any concerns or questions not mentioned on here, please do not hesitate to reach out to Alyssa or Dave! We want to make this day as easy and fun as possible.
Question

How do I get to the farm?

Answer

Start on PA-43 South. Get off exit 28 to Fredericktown. 13.5 miles later, turn RIGHT onto Ceylon Rd. 3.5 miles later, turn RIGHT onto Bethel Road (GPS may say Stewarts Rd. It is the same). You will see a very distinguishable tree on your right full of baby dolls and other oddities hanging from it (not sure who did that, but artsy for sure). You will now be on a gravel road and think you have made a wrong turn...you have not. This is the road! Follow the gravel road and bear LEFT when you approach the 'Y'. Continue forward through the hunting signs posted on trees. You will eventually approach a 'NO OUTLET' sign. That means you are almost there, keep going! There will be a big yellow gate which we will have open for the event, so just drive right on up until you see the pond (on left), farm in front of you, and big house to your right. Welcome!

Question

What if I can't make it exactly at 3pm?

Answer

This is going to be an all day/overnight party...so please come whenever you are able! From 3-5pm, it will be 'cocktail hour', where people can snack, drink, play cornhole, take photos, explore the farm, mingle, etc. The DJ begins at 5pm and dinner will be ready before then as well. The first dances, speeches, etc. will be around 530pm. Then, it's party and dance time for the rest of the evening! We will have the firepit flaming at night as well for those who need a dance break, or just want to relax.

Question

Will there be alcohol and food?

Answer

OF COURSE! Do you even know us?! Since I am sober, there will be drinks for all ages as well! We have hired two bartenders, Max and Rylee, who will be serving and making drinks from 3pm-11pm at the bar in the double garage, then people can help themselves. It IS an open bar, but feel free to tip the bartenders for donating their skills and patience for our day! We will be roasting two pigs for dinner, and also have catering food options which will be set up buffet-style, so people can pick and choose what they want! We also will be having the good ol' Pittsburgh cookie table instead of cake, since Dave and I both hate cake. So, inside the main farmhouse in the kitchen...there is a 10ft long island which will be the home of treats, cookies, brownies, and candies!

Question

Who will I be sitting next to?

Answer

Whoever you would like! There is NO assigned seating at our reception (I've never been a fan of that). We will have 2 large covered tents outside which each sit 100 people. There is also seating around the wrap around porch, and tables on back of the porch. Therefore, you are all able to be free, choose where you want to sit, who you want to sit with, change seats, get up and move, and do whatever you please!

Question

Is there cell service at the farm?

Answer

At the farm- YES. We have free WiFi all over the farm. However, on your way TO the farm...service will be very spotty and may drop at times, so be sure to screenshot the directions ahead of your departure!

Question

Can we ride our motorcycles to the party?

Answer

Our fellow biker friends are more than welcome to ride to the party, but keep in mind that the 'driveway' to the farm is over a mile long of pure gravel. Dave and Alyssa have ridden their bikes to the farm several times, but it is a slow n steady stroll on the bike, so be careful!

Question

Will there be a room/place for me to change if I decide to bring a change of clothes?

Answer

YES! The main farmhouse has 2 bathrooms with mirrors and sinks, and downstairs has a shower as well. The small house (for immediate family) has their own private full bathoom. We also have rented two "nice" port-a-pottys with extra space, sink, water, soap, and mirrors inside. And lastly, Dave and I will be using our camper, Big Deborah, as the bridal suite, for myself, mom, close friends to change and get ready in...which also has a bathroom. So, there will be plenty of options for guests to pamper up, change, and do whatever you please!

Question

What should I bring?

Answer

If you are staying overnight in the big house, bring bedding/sheets for a twin bed (or just a sleeping bag to throw on a mattress), pillow, and toiletries. If staying overnight by camping, don't forget your tent and camping items. The houses are stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, full kitchens, and pretty much anything you may need. A change of clothes (if you want to). Some may choose to wear a dress and get dolled up, but decide later to throw on comfy clothes for breaking it down in the barn or sitting around the fire. Maybe a change of shoes, just in case your feet start to hurt too. Folding chair/camp chairs, if you'd like to sit around the fire with us at night. We do have some at the farm, but not enough to accommodate 250+ people. The pond will be stocked with fish for those who want to engage in a little fishing too...so bring a rod, bait, lures, and whatever you'd like! Most importantly- YOU. We want every one of our friends and family to make it safely to celebrate with us, so take your time and get excited!
