On-camp accommodations consist of wood-framed cabins; all of which have electricity, bunk-style beds and indoor bathrooms. In keeping with traditional New England-style camping, it is customary for guests to bring their own sheets, pillows, blankets/sleeping bags. If preferred, the camp will provide linens for an additional cost. Friday & Saturday Night Camp Accommodations $165/person Saturday Night Only Camp Accommodations $100/person Bed Linens Rental $25/person (upon request only; includes fitted and flat sheet, blanket, pillow and pillowcase) Due to the unique nature of our wedding, all camp accommodations must be booked through our wedding party. Please fill out your RSVP card or email hellocostello2020@gmail.com, noting all accommodations needs that apply. A representative of our wedding party will reach out to you via email to confirm your requested accommodations and provide you details for payment.
Travel Note
Check-in: This will be informal. Head to the Administrative Building where there will be a Welcome bulletin board. In this area, there will be a welcome bag and your cabin assignment, a map with your cabin highlighted and a weekend schedule. The Welcome bulletin board will also have a schedule of "on call" people with cellphone numbers to contact if there is an issue. Any last minute information will be posted there as well. If you paid for the linen rental, the linens will be placed with your welcome bag! If you can't find the linens please contact the "on call" person. Once you have found your cabin and dropped your bags, let the shenanigans begin!

Directions: We recommend using GPS or printing out directions from googlemaps or mapquest or something similar. The official address is 9 Cody Road, Freedom, NH. If for any reason you can't access these services give us a call or email and we will give you directions. Parking: There should be plenty of parking. There are two entrances to Camp Cody as you drive past the Camp. If you are arriving early (e.g., Friday), take the first entrance and park near the dining hall. If you are arriving later in the weekend, take the second entrance, there is a lot on your right as you drive down the second entrance. Please do not pull your cars or trucks up to the cabins. If you need help unloading, there will be plenty of hands to assist you!

Hungry? *** This is a NUT-FREE FACILITY... we made an exception by inviting some of you, but tree nuts and peanuts are not welcome! Snacks: There will be snacks available at all times as well as water, coffee, tea, etc. However, you're absolutely welcome to bring your own snacks in case of the munchies in-between meals. ***Remember, aside from a few family members... NO NUTS ALLOWED!

Camping attire is encouraged throughout most of the weekend. And speaking of... don't forget your bathing suit! As for the ceremony and reception, cocktail attire is requested. This honestly means please don't show up to the ceremony in your bathing suit (that you didn't forget)! You are welcome to dress up as much as you like, but we want all of our guests to be comfortable and ready to dance.

Booze: Please remember, due to liability issues, hard alcohol is not allowed (to be visible... *wink* *wink*) on-site. There will be some beer and wine available, but feel free to BYOB... tax free in NH! *** We only ask that there are NO Glass Beer Bottles...cans and plastic only please! Check out is at 12 pm on Sunday afternoon. It's pretty simple... Just be sure to have your belongings packed up and out of the cabins so that the facility can start their cleaning. We have scheduled brunch at 10 am and will have our first breakfast as a married couple with all of you! There isn't much to say about checking out... Mostly because we don't even want to talk about the weekend ending.
