Wait...is this a wedding?

Answer

Nope, this is a pre-wedding celebratory dinner with our friends. We faked you all out by saying we were never getting married so now the least we could do is give you a nice meal, to help ease the shock.

So, I'm not going to get to see you two awkwardly kiss?

Answer

Nobody needs to see that. And if you guys do the clinking your glasses thing, we will send you all invoices for your dinner.

Ok but, really, when is the actual ceremony?

Answer

We'll be tying the knot at San Francisco City Hall early in the morning on April 26th and then heading off to honeymoon in Morocco.

What does ‘Black Casual’ mean?

Answer

So this started out as a funny request (we thought) as we wear black like ... a lot. But we do not want anyone to go buy something new or take this too seriously because we’re not. Wear a cute black dress with a print, a black button down with jeans, or don't wear anything black, it's cool. We just want you to be comfortable. It may be a fancy restaurant but we’re not fancy people. Of course, it's just a request, if you're a weirdo who doesn't own or want to wear black, we won't kick you out but we will judge you... and probably comment on it...and maybe bring it up for the rest of our friendship but you do you.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Sadly, no. We would love to meet your plus one, or better yet your puppy or kitten but, as this is a small setting, we have invited the maximum number of people allowed. Seriously, we must really like you or something if you were invited.
