We're getting married!

Our story began in 2020, just before the world came to a standstill. Our first date might have seemed uneventful at first, but within hours we felt so at ease with each other—it was as if we’d already been friends for years. Two months later, when Chicago shut down, moving in together felt like the only natural choice, and it turned out to be the unique start of the rest of our lives. As the pandemic eased, we moved into our condo and spent months making it our first real home. We soon welcomed an adorable golden furball named Finn, and 18 months later, we introduced him to his rambunctious little brother, Gilbert. Since then, the years have flown by in a whirlwind of laughter, joy, and countless after-dinner dance parties with the dogs—punctuated by adventures across the country and around the world. Now, five years in, we can’t wait to celebrate our love story and the biggest day of our lives with all of you, and we look forward to creating even more memories together.
