Hotels rates in the Napa Valley can get crazy during peak harvest season, so we highly recommend booking ASAP. San Francisco is where Airbnb began (and where Danielle works!), so there are amazing options all around the city and wine country.

Flight

STS / SFO / OAK

The closest airport to Napa Valley is Santa Rosa (STS). However, for more affordable flights we suggest checking flights into San Francisco (SFO) or Oakland (OAK).

Travel Note

Evan's Transportation and California Wine Tours, Inc.

Evan's is a well known transportation service that will take you from the airport (SFO or OAK) to our hotel in downtown Napa for $40/person.

Rental Car

Drive

For convenience, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to travel from the airport to the River Terrace Inn in downtown Napa. Most of the weekend’s events will be within walking distance of the hotel. Uber and Lyft are also a great way to explore the wineries of Napa without having to assign a designated driver. If you prefer to rent a car, parking is available at the River Terrace Inn.
