We’re getting married!

On Jordan’s 21st birthday while she was in law school in Syracuse, NY, Bryan followed her on Instagram. Jordan saw they had mutual friends of the Stormes sisters and their boyfriends and immediately texted Jessie Stormes a screenshot of his profile, asking her “Who’s Bryan?” to which Jessie replied “it’s my sisters friend that you said was cute!!”. Jordan getting excited and being the impatient lady she is couldn’t wait for Bryan to reach out any longer and messaged him on Instagram the very smooth line of “Hey(: I feel like I know you from somewhere but idk where” to which Bryan (equally as smoothly ) responded “I don’t think so”. The rest was history. Jordan and Bryan continued to talk everyday for the next 6 months, getting to know each other via long distance FaceTimes and Jordan’s short weekend visits home to FL. February 2, 2020, Bryan officially asked Jordan to be his girlfriend, 5 years to the day of our wedding. Over the next 5 years so many wonderful and wild things happened: Jordan and Bryan went through COVID and basically moved in together at the Spicer’s house for the summer of 2020, they got their first apartment together in Wellington, FL, Jordan graduated law school and passed the Missouri bar (all thanks to Bryan’s constant support and plying her with coffee, snacks, and Gilmore Girls), Jordan finally called Bryan Napa’s dad (yes, Bryan cried), they packed up and moved to St. Louis (enter a pair of Britts they haven’t shaken yet), Bryan graduated with his AA degree, they got Bucc in the Summer of 2022, they went to bonnaroo with their closest friends twice, they went on countless trips to so many amazing places like Park City, UT, Hilton Head Island, SC, Alaska, and so much more! In April 2023, Jordan and Bryan traveled to France to explore the champagne region with their family and attend Tom and Hannah’s insanely stunning French countryside wedding. After France they bopped over to Santorini, Greece. The second day there in the early morning on the cliffside of Oía, Santorini, a very oblivious and unsuspecting Jordan looked over as Bryan got down on one knee and asked Jordan to marry him. Jordan responded naturally with “Are you f*cking joking me?” 5 times (literally). Bryan simply laughed and said “Does it look like I’m joking?”. Since then Bryan and Jordan have enjoyed the last year and a half as an engaged couple and will be moving to back to Florida in August 2024 to continue to build their life together and prepare for the wedding!
