Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones this night. Enjoy a fun date night!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue no later than 3:45pm. The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00pm. If you are utilizing the shuttle for transportation, the first shuttle will depart the hotel at 2:45pm and again at 3:30pm! This will have you arriving at Wester's at 3:00pm and 3:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will have a shuttle available for those that are staying at Courtyard Jackson. If you do not want to use the shuttle, you are able to leave your vehicle at the venue. You can pick it up on Sunday by noon if needed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family & friends dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits, or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie. For women, floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and weather. If you're unsure- it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white. Please note that the bridesmaids will be wearing Eucalyptus Green.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Everything served on the menu is gluten free with the exception of the beef and rolls. Vegetarian options will be available as well. If you have other food allergies, please let us know.

Can we give cash gifts?

Answer

Yes, cash gifts are welcome as we are saving for our Honeymoon!
