What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, so please plan to arrive by 4:30- 4:45pm to allow for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for you to dress to impress! Formal attire is encouraged- tuxedos and evening gowns are welcome, but not required. A dark suit and tie or a formal tea length to floor length dress is perfectly appropriate. PLEASE NOTE: The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, but you may walk across outdoor pathways and cobblestone briefly. Early spring in Tampa is usually mild, so a light jacket or wrap may be helpful in the evening.

Can I bring a date?

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear on your invitation and RSVP form. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the recommended hotel list under the Travel tab on this website. There are options that include a shuttle to and from our venue for your convenience. We have 20 rooms blocked at the Tampa Westin Waterside. Please let us know if those become unavailable and we will request more.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We want everyone to enjoy our celebration! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We'll do our best to accommodate requests and ensure that everyone has a safe and delicious meal.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We've got parking covered for you! The Orlo offers valet parking for all guests. Simply pull up to the entrance and our valet team will take care of the rest. We recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth arrival and seating.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Some of the hotels listed have shuttles available. Please refer to the list provided. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are readily available to and from the venue. The drive to nearby hotels is approximately 5–8 minutes.
