Please feel free to arrive beginning at 5:30 PM. The event will officially commence at 6:00 PM.
The reception will be held outdoors. Please plan attire accordingly, especially if weather conditions may vary. We will update people on attendance before the event if the weather changes.
A formal dinner will not be served; however, light refreshments and an assortment of finger foods will be available throughout the evening for guests to enjoy.
We invite guests to enjoy an adults-only pool area during the event. Please note the pool will be open with no lifeguard on duty. Additional seating will be available outside the pool area, and guests are encouraged to plan accordingly.
Yes, children are welcome to join us. That said, we completely understand if parents prefer to enjoy the evening as a night out. Please choose whichever option is most comfortable for your family.
On-site parking will be available for guests; however, space may be limited due to the surrounding area. We kindly encourage carpooling when possible to help ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival for everyone.
