Welcome Party

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Wedding days can be a whirlwind, which is why we would love to spend extra time with you at a welcome party on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025. Traditional Carolina BBQ will be provided for dinner. While we would love to see you before the ceremony, we understand if you need to prioritize rest, travel or would rather explore the city. Either way, we will see you on Friday! To ensure we have enough food for everyone please RSVP by September 3rd.

Ceremony & Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes or suits.

Kindly RSVP by September 3rd. Ceremony starts at 6PM followed by a cocktail hour in the garden where hors d'oeuvres will be served. Dinner and reception to follow. We’ll have delicious options for everyone. If you’d like a vegetarian, vegan, or allergen-friendly meal (free from gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and shellfish), just let us know on the RSVP.

Post Wedding Brunch

Join us the morning after for a relaxed brunch to continue the celebration and soak in the fun a little longer. Come as you are—whether you're craving coffee, carbs, or just more time together. Suffolk Punch has something to offer for everyone. After brunch, we’ll be casually bopping around Charlotte—no formal plans, just good company and wherever the day takes us. Feel free to join in for as little or as long as you'd like!
